Weekend competition at Portland International Raceway (PIR) in Oregon was the second of three Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA® Super Tour events taking place in 2019 out west. PIR’s 1.97-mile, 12-turn circuit -- which features the exciting Festival Chicane -- always generates some great racing.
